Fees & payment

Fees are agreed upon prior to work starting and may be hourly, project-based, or monthly retainers.

Invoices are issued via email and are payable within 7 days (unless otherwise agreed).

Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional charge
Client resposibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide access to necessary accounts, platforms, or brand assets in a timely manner

Review and approve deliverables promptly

Ensure any claims made in ads comply with relevant laws and regulations
Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content and brand materials.

We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any custom work (e.g. websites, designs) becomes your property upon full payment.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 1 months written notice. Payment is required for any work completed up to the termination date.
Liability
We will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, or business disruption. While we aim to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes (e.g. rankings or conversions).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
